Refund Policy

100% refund is guaranteed in the following cases:

• You decide to cancel the project within 72 hours of making your deposit.
• Work on your project has not started.

There are absolutely NO refunds in the following cases:

• There are no refunds once work on the project has begun.
• There are no partial refunds on any recurring monthly or quarterly services.
• Refunds are not provided for services delivered in full such as website design or launch.
• Refunds will not be issued if your service is terminated due to violation of any of our policies or terms of the contract.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
